Nikki Sheffield

Nikki Sheffield is a qualified sound bath practitioner based in Holyport, Berkshire where she works from her home sound sanctuary. Nikki trained at the Blue Bird school of sound healing based in the New Forest and is a member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

Class - Soundbath

In this class, Nikki uses beautiful alchemy crystal tones bowls along side an array of other healing instruments to create a nurtured, immersive and deeply relaxing experience for your mind, body & soul. A safe space to escape the noise, to pause from life for a moment and leave feeling calm, recalibrated and reset through the healing tones and vibrations -  ready to face the world again.
