1. Ticket Purchase and Admission 

By purchasing a ticket for the Harmonise Wellness Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  • Tickets are sold subject to availability and will be issued upon successful payment. 

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except as provided for in these terms. 

  • The festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission if the ticket holder fails to meet any entry requirements or violates any festival rules. 

  • Tickets are only valid for the specified date(s) and time(s) of the Harmonise Wellness Festival event. 

2. Event Changes or Cancellations 

  • The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or performers if necessary. 

  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health and safety concerns, natural disasters), ticket holders will be notified, and a refund or rescheduling options may be provided at the discretion of the organisers. 

3. Photography and Media Consent 

  • By purchasing a ticket to the Harmonise Wellness Festival, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. 

  • These images and videos may be used by the event organizers for promotional, marketing, and other media purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements. 

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member upon arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

4. Health and Safety 

  • Attendees are expected to follow all health and safety protocols as outlined by the event organizers and local authorities, including any COVID-19-related measures (if applicable at the time of the event). 

  • The event organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. 

5. Behavior at the Event 

  • All attendees must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others. 

  • No illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive behaviors are allowed on the premises. Anyone caught violating this policy will be asked to leave the event without a refund. 

6. Liability 

  • The Harmonise Wellness Festival organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred before, during, or after the event. 

  • By attending the event, you assume full responsibility for your actions and any risks associated with participation in the festival. 

7. Force Majeure 

  • The organisers are not liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is due to an event beyond their reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strike, government action). 

8. Ticket Scalping and Resale 

  • Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold for profit. Any tickets purchased with the intent to resell may be canceled or voided by the event organisers without refund. 

9. Privacy 

  • By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of managing your ticket, event access, and communications related to the Harmonise Wellness Festival.
