General Festival Information

When and where is Harmonise Wellness Festival taking place?

Harmonise Wellness Festival is taking place on Saturday 18th July 2026 at Stonor Park, Henley on Thames, RG9 6HF.

What time does Harmonise start and finish?

The doors to Harmonise will open at 10am and the event will finish at 6pm.

Is Harmonise indoors or outdoors?

Harmonise will take place outdoors though we will have a selection of Sperry tents provided by Boutique Marquees that will provide ample shelter and shade.

Is the festival suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, Harmonise the classes provided at Harmonise are suitable for all levels of ability.

Tickets and bookings

How much are tickets to Harmonise?

General Admission - £43.70 advance, £47.50 on the door

Student - £38.50 advance £42.50 on the door (Please note, if you purchase a student ticket, you will be asked upon arrival to prove that you are a student, if you cannot prove this, you will be asked to pay the difference or be refused entry).

Children (Under 10) - £9.50 advance, £12.50 on the door

What is included in my ticket?

Included in the ticket is access to all of the wellness talks, the live kitchen displays, live music tent, food court, retail village as well as all of the Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation classes (though you will need to book a space for the classes as there is limited availability - you can book a space by emailing info@harmonisefest.co.uk). Treatments, food and drink, and anything purchased from retail village will be an additional cost.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Tickets will be available on the door, however, it is advised to purchase in advance to avoid disappointment in the event of a sell out.

Will there be early bird pricing?

There will be early bird pricing. Keep an eye out on this website and social media as there will be a 25% off super early bird discount as well as a 15% off early bird discount.

How will I receive my ticket?

You will receive an emailing following purchase with a QR code.

Classes, Workshops, and Experiences

What kind of classes and workshops will be available?

Throughout the day, there will be 3 yoga classes, 3 Pilates classes, and 3 meditation classes all available included in the price of the ticket. You will need to book a space for these sessions as availability is limited. You can book a space by emailing info@harmonisefest.co.uk

Will there be treatments available?

There will be treatments available such as massages, facials, ice bath cold plunges, saunas. Please note, these are at an extra cost and some of these will need to be prebooked.

Food, Drink, and Vendors

Will food and drink be available on site?

There will be food and drink available on site from a range of suppliers.

Will there be vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy friendly food available?

Yes, there will be food suitable for all dietary requirements available.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No food and drink will be allowed to be brought on site.

Will there be wellness, retail, or artisan stalls available?

All of the above will be available.

Can I apply to be a vendor?

Absolutely, if you are interested in being a vendor and think you fit the wellness and self-care theme, just email us at info@harmonisefest.co.uk to register your interest.

Parking and Accessibility

Is there parking available?

There is free parking for the event. You will be escorted by our parking team to a parking space.

Is the festival accessible for wheel chair users.

Yes, wheel chair users will be able to access everywhere at the festival.

Are children allowed?

Children are allowed but please do be mindful and respectful of other festival goers who are there to relax.

Are dogs or pets allowed?

With the exception of service dogs, pets are not allowed on the Harmonise Festival site.

Accommodation

Is camping available?

As this is only a one day event, camping is not available.

Is there any nearby Accommodation?

Yes there is, you can stay nearby at:

What to bring

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

If you are planning to take part in any sessions, please do bring your own yoga mat.

What should I wear?

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing. If you are joining in the the sessions, it’s advisable to wear something that does restrict your movement.

Weather practicalities

What happens if it rains?

The event will be going ahead come rain or sun. We have got a collection of Sperry tents provided by Boutique Marquees that will keep us dry. If there is an extreme weather warning we will contact all attendees as to whether the event will be going ahead or not.

Will water be available?

There will be water available from the bar.

Safety, wellness and policies

What health and safety measures are in place?

There has been an extensive risk assessment carried out including precautions put in place to stop the potential risks occurring. There will also be security on site who will help to prevent unwanted or dangerous behaviour at the event and first aid on site if any injuries do occur.
