Katie Wolf
Katie Wolf is a holistic wellness practitioner, meditation teacher, and Pilates instructor specialising in nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. She facilitates experiences that blend ancient practices with modern neuroscience to support deep rest, balance, and emotional regulation.
Katie hosts sound baths, meditation, Pilates, and holistic health experiences across London and the UK, and is the founder of Regulate Wellbeing — an app designed to support busy people in regulating their nervous systems through sound frequency and mindful movement. Her work centres on creating safe, grounding spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling genuinely regulated, restored, and empowered to live as their highest self.
Katie is joining the Harmonise line up to lead two meditation sessions.
Class 1: Regulation Reset — Gong & Sound Bath
A deeply restorative sound experience designed to support nervous system regulation, stress release, and full-body relaxation.
This immersive sound bath invites the body to gently shift into rest-and-digest through the use of the gong and crystal singing bowls. The gong’s powerful, rhythmic vibrations work on a cellular level to quiet the mind, release stored tension, and recalibrate the nervous system, while the crystal bowls create soothing frequencies that promote balance and inner calm.
The session begins with gentle grounding before moving into a fully immersive sound journey, allowing space for deep rest, integration, and nervous system reset. Participants leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more regulated.
Time: 11:30am
Duration: 45 minutes
Location: TBC
Class 2: Primordial Sound Meditation — Crystal Bowl Journey
A guided meditation experience using sound and vibration to quiet the mind and restore inner balance.
This session draws on the principles of Primordial Sound Meditation, using crystal singing bowls to guide awareness beyond thought and into a state of deep stillness and presence. Sustained sound frequencies support effortless meditation, helping the nervous system settle while encouraging emotional balance and clarity.
Gentle guidance and breath awareness are woven throughout, with the crystal bowls creating a calming soundscape that supports deep relaxation and inner connection. This practice is accessible to both beginners and experienced meditators, and is especially supportive for those who find silent meditation challenging.
Participants leave feeling grounded, centred, and renewed, with a greater sense of calm and inner awareness.
Time: 13:30pm
Duration: 45 minutes
Location: TBC
