Jayne Howard
Jayne is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates Instructor, currently running classes in Windsor, and surrounding area. She teaches group classes and private clients in Windsor, and previously at Foxhills Country Club, Wentworth Golf Club, Pennyhill Park, Pilates Works Weybridge, and Chelsea Football Club. She also teaches reformer and run workshops on Hypermobility Syndrome and Osteoporosis.
Jayne’s classes are informative and fun, as she truly believes that if you enjoy doing something, then you will do it well.
